Yes, all our honey comes from our family apiary in Masuria. It's not industrially filtered and contains no additives or sugar syrups. It's a 100% natural bee product.

Crystallization is a natural process and the best proof that honey is real. Depending on the type of honey and temperature, it may begin to crystallize within a few weeks of harvesting.

Simply gently warm the jar of honey in a water bath (maximum temperature: 40°C). Do not boil or overheat the honey, as this will cause it to lose its valuable properties.

Honey doesn't have a traditional expiration date – thanks to its natural properties, it doesn't spoil. To maintain optimal taste and health benefits, we recommend consuming it within two years of harvest.

Store honey at room temperature (approximately 18–20°C), in a dry place, away from sunlight and heat sources. Refrigeration is not necessary.

Honey should not be given to children under 12 months of age due to the risk of infant botulism. For older children, it's a natural and healthy sweetener.
