Complaints and returns
Below you will find answers to questions related to complaints and returns.
In accordance with applicable law, you can return purchased goods within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment – without giving a reason .

Attach the form to the shipment or send it by email to: sklep@bartnikmazurski.pl

Important:
Returned goods must not be opened, tampered with or damaged .
- Food products (e.g. honey) in open jars are not returnable (Article 38, point 5 of the Consumer Rights Act).
- Make sure the shipment is packed safely – preferably in the original packaging.
- The cost of returning the goods is covered by the customer .
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, the funds will be transferred to your account within 14 business days .
According to the regulations, the right to withdraw from the contract is excluded if:
- the product was prepared for individual order (e.g. a personalized set),
- the goods have a short shelf life or are perishable,
- the goods were delivered in a sealed package and were opened after delivery.
If you received a product that is not as described or is damaged, you can file a complaint.

or send your application by post to our registered office address.
In your application, please provide:
- your name and surname,
- order number,
- date of purchase,
- a description of the problem and (if possible) photos documenting the defect.
We will consider your complaint within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
If the complaint is accepted, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund.
