BARTNIKMAZURSKI.PL ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS

§1. General provisions

1. The online store available at: bartnikmazurski.pl is run by: Bartnik Mazurski Agnieszka Pucer, with its registered office at: Gnatowo 4a, 11-400 Kętrzyn, NIP: 7421585881, REGON: 280101988. phone: 89 751 4314
   mobile: 501 753 098
2. These regulations define the rules for using the store, placing orders, delivery of goods, payments, and complaint and return procedures.

§2. Definitions

1. Customer – a natural person who is over 18 years of age, a legal person or an organizational unit making purchases in the store.
2. Shop – online store available at: bartnikmazurski.pl
3. Goods – products offered by the Seller (including honey, bee bread, pollen).
4. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to his or her business or professional activity.
5. Regulations – this document.

§3. Placing orders

1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the store's website.
2. The condition for placing an order is acceptance of the regulations and provision of the data necessary to complete the order.
3. After placing the order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the purchase.
4. The sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives confirmation of the order being accepted by the Store.

§4. Prices and Payments

1. All prices are given in Polish zloty and include VAT.
2. The store offers the following payment methods:
• Tpay online transfer
• BLIK
• Card payment
• Payment on delivery
3. Order processing time is counted from the moment the payment is received (except for cash on delivery).

§5. Delivery

1. Orders are delivered within Poland via:
• courier companies,
• InPost and OrlenPaczka parcel lockers
• personal pickup.
2. Delivery time is 1 to 5 business days.
3. The delivery cost is provided when placing the order and depends on the delivery method chosen.

§6. Withdrawal from the contract (return of goods)

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The deadline is counted from the date of receipt of the shipment.
3. To withdraw from the contract, you must submit a declaration (e.g., by email or using the form) and return the goods to: Bartnik Mazurski Agnieszka Pucer, with its registered office at Gnatowo 4a, 11-400 Kętrzyn. Returned goods must not be opened, tampered with, or damaged. In the case of food products (including honey) whose packaging was opened after delivery, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 38, Section 5 of the Consumer Rights Act).
4. When returning a product, please complete the returns form available here .
5. Goods returned by the Customer should be packaged appropriately to protect the shipment against damage during transport.
6. The cost of packaging and returning the Goods is borne by the Customer.
7. The right of withdrawal by the consumer is excluded in the event of:
   • goods (services) that go beyond the standard offer of the Store, prepared at the Customer's special request and tailored to his individual needs;
   • goods that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life;
   • goods delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening the packaging for health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging was opened after delivery.
     
8. Refunds will be made within 14 business days of receipt of the return.

§7. Complaints

1. In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
2. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to: sklep@bartnikmazurski.pl or in writing to the registered office address.
3. The complaint should include: customer details, description of the defect, date of purchase and order number.
4. Complaints are considered within 14 days of their receipt.

§8. Personal data protection

1. Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law and the store's privacy policy.
2. The data controller is the Seller.
3. The data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and is not made available to third parties, except for entities handling payments and deliveries.

§9. Final provisions

1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. The store reserves the right to change the regulations for important reasons (e.g. changes in legal regulations, changes in the store's offer).
3. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in accordance with general provisions.
