The Culinary Heritage Europe certificate is a quality mark awarded to local food producers, farms, restaurants and processing plants that produce food products in accordance with regional traditions and from local raw materials.

Quality Tradition
The "Jakość Tradycja" (Quality Tradition) label is the first Polish national certification system for traditional and regional food , officially recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. It is awarded to products produced using traditional methods, with proven quality and a minimum 50-year history in a given area .

The List of Traditional Products is an official register maintained by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development , covering food products produced using traditional methods for at least 25 years and constituting part of the local culinary heritage.

Organic Farming Certificate
Organic farming certification in Poland is issued by authorized certification bodies , overseen by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development . The supervision and accreditation process for these bodies is conducted by the Polish Centre for Accreditation (PCA) , and compliance with EU Regulation (EU) 2018/848 ensures common standards across Europe.
