We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), for the following purposes:

1. Order fulfillment and customer service – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (contract)
2. Issuance of accounting documents and tax settlements – Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR (legal obligation)
3. Handling returns and complaints – Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR
4. Marketing of own products – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest)
5. Newsletter sending – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent)

• Tpay – payment operator,
• courier companies carrying out the delivery,
• providers of IT services and software (e.g. hosting, analytical tools),
• accounting, law firms (if necessary).

We do not transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area, with the exception of Shopify Inc., which provides appropriate safeguards (Data Privacy Framework).
